Student Application Services for TAFE Queensland

TAFE Queensland's Schools Program use a collection of Elevate modules that form the foundation of our Pathways product suite to:

  • Provide a state-wide system for all TAFE Regions

  • Accept applications for ~10,000 students per year

  • Allow >1000 teachers in ~600 schools manage and approve applications

  • Manage the workflow from Application to Enrolment efficiently

  • Manage Attendance and Progress Reporting and it's Sharing with >1000 School Teachers

  • Integrate Pathways with internal TAFE systems via the Elevate GLUE API service

Statewide SWL Online Portal for Department of Training, Victoria

Structured Workplace Learning (SWL) is on-the-job training that allows students to develop their work skills and understand employer expectations. Activ8 has a long term contract with the Department of Education in Victoria for Elevate modules to:

  • Provide a statewide clearing house for workplace opportunities for students in Victoria

  • Provide access for ~700 schools and >1000 teachers to browse, evaluate and use positions

  • Provide access to 31 Local Learning and Employment Network community organisations

  • Provide access to all secondary school students via http://workplacements.education.vic.gov.au


Induction and Employee Management for Hospitality

Activ8 designed and implemented a web application to assist venue managers in the hospitality industry (Hotels, Pubs, Clubs, Restaurants). Venues use the software to induct employees and ensure compliance with legislative requirements in the industry. The Online Induction Program and Venue Portal includes:

  • Venue File Library for documentation and policies

  • Hospitality-focussed Induction

  • Integration with iAuditor to download Audits via iAuditor’s API
