Student Registrations and Imports

It’s that time of the year when tens of thousands of students register or are imported into Pathways for their planned workplace learning in a very short period of time. Not using our import service yet? Be sure to get in touch for this labour saving feature.

## Student Imports

If you have student data available from school or RTO student management systems, we have an highly developed data import process that will import and match student data to Pathways. We can drop the students into groups automatically, attach parents and guardian records, automatically calculate estimated graduation years etc. Students are uploaded directly from your computer into the secure Pathways portal using normal excel files - if you need some help with this let us know as data imports are one of those free-kicks for saving time.

## Student Registration Into Pathways

Pathways customers using the registration module can create a Student Group and distribute a registration code to students. These registrations are attached to the group ready for approval and automatic import.  Where you don’t have access to bulk data imports, or need to collect information that is outside the normal student data fields (eg. suggested hosts etc) the Pathways Rego is a great way to smooth your workflow.
